Plans
Four visits a year, and anything between them is free
The plan exists because most pest problems are seasonal and recurring. Of 35 companies we looked at, 21 sell one and 3 say what it costs. It is still not the right answer for a single wasp nest, and we will say so.
Three tiers
Each one adds a category rather than adding adjectives. Sample pricing for demonstration.

What the plan does not cover
Published in full, because a plan is only trustworthy if its edges are visible. These are quoted separately on every tier.
| Termite treatment | Inspection is included on Plus and above. Treatment is a separate contract with its own renewal. |
|---|---|
| Bed bugs | Quoted per property. Heat treatment and chemical programmes are priced on room count, not on your plan tier. |
| Rodent exclusion | Sealing entry points is carpentry. Stations and trapping are covered; the sealing work is quoted. |
| Wildlife | Squirrels, raccoons and bats need a trapper, not a pesticide applicator. We will refer you rather than pretend. |
| Structural damage | We treat the pest. Repairing what it chewed is a contractor's job and we will say so plainly. |
| Crawl space encapsulation | Often recommended alongside moisture-driven pests, always quoted separately, never bundled to inflate a plan. |
Before you sign up

It runs month to month and you cancel with 30 days notice. No cancellation fee, no minimum term. A plan you cannot leave is a plan you stop trusting.
We come back at no charge, as often as it takes, for anything your tier covers. That is the entire value of the plan and it is why the exclusions above are published.
Not for exterior visits. We text the day before and leave a written record of what was applied. Interior work needs somebody there.
You can, but the winter visit is the one that matters most for rodents. We would rather you dropped to the cheaper tier than skipped the season.
