Perimeter Pest Control

About Perimeter Pest Control

Licensed applicators, published prices, and a plan we will talk you out of when you do not need it.

How we work

The recurring revenue is the conflict of interest

“Every company in this trade is paid better when you sign a plan. The only way to be trusted is to tell people when they should not.”

Perimeter has worked across Mecklenburg County since 2014 and employs seven certified applicators. Roughly two thirds of our revenue is quarterly plans, which is exactly why the prices for one-off treatments are published on this site.

The thing customers mention is being told no. A single wasp nest is one visit. One mouse in October is usually one visit and some steel wool. Saying so costs us a plan and wins the one they sign in spring.

About Perimeter Pest Control

Three commitments

Two of them cost us recurring revenue, which is rather the point.

We will tell you one visit is enough

And we will not make the one-off price conditional on hearing a plan pitch first. Four of the 35 companies we looked at publish a price for anything; ours are on this site precisely so nobody has to have that conversation.

Exclusion before poison

With rodents we find and seal the entry points first. A bait station refilled every quarter forever is a revenue model, not a solution.

The exclusions are published

What each plan does not cover is written on the plans page in a table. A plan whose edges are hidden is a plan designed to be argued about later.

The technicians

All seven hold current North Carolina certification in structural pest control. Sample profiles for demonstration.
